Spontaneous carcinogenesis correlates with type of functioning of energy homeostat

The conclusion, that the tumor development is dependent on energetic homeostat is popular. The fatty acids uses as energetic substrate stimulates the complex of changes are promote tumor appearance.
The scheme of energetic homeostat action is offered. It demonstrates the development of changes mentioned. It was shown that mouse lines with high level of spontaneous carcinogenesis are characterized by fatty pattern of metabolism. By the way, the sensitivity to induced carcinogenesis seems to be independent on kind of energetic metabolism.
