Research of changes of evolving systems complexity on an example of abstract modeling objects

In this work the choice of fully connected neural networks as the object for research of properties of evolving systems complexity is proved. The answer to the question: "Does complexity grow in the prosess of evolution, and if yes, then complexity of what and what kind of complexity?" is considered.
