Mathematical olimpiads of peoples: continuing traditions

The mathematical competitions of the schoolchildren live in Russia almost 70 years. A.A.Liapunov was the initiator of realization of the Siberian mathematical competitions. In our report we tell about continuation of this tradition on an example Omsk Olympiads. The report contains the theses of critics of Olympiads and ours the answer to this criticism. Twenty two best tasks of last years Omsk Olympiads complete (and decorate) the report.
