Intrinsic Time and Information Processes in the Nervous System

The basic notions of the physiological (endogenous, intrinsic) time concept and the prospects of its use in analysis and modeling of information processes in the nervous system are considered. Several natural measures of endogenous time are proposed which allow to obtain qualitatively novel results when analyzing bioelectrical activity.
