To the point the scientists reviewed long-term work on the joint research project that was executed within the framework of cooperation between Russia and Germany.

	IN MEMORY OF COLLEAGUE With deep grief we inform, that July 14 one of the Academgorodok old stagers, leading scientific researcher of the Institute of Semiconductor Physics, Doctor Sc. (Physics and Mathematics) Karl Konstantinivich Ziling has died after continuous illness on the eve of his 67th year of life.
