	RUSSIA HAS TWO SUPPORTS: ARMY AND SCIENCE February, 23 we celebrate one of the holidays most esteemed in Russia, the Motherland Defender Day, within the same year with the 110th anniversary of M.A.Lavrentiev. The contribution of this outstanding person to strengthening the defensive potential of our country is beyond controversy.
	THE ACADEMICIAN VOEVODSKI PRIZE FOR ACADEMICIAN Yu.N.MOLIN February, 12 Academician Yuri Nikolaevich Molin was presented with a prestigious Academician Voevodski Prize at the session of the Academic council of the Institute of Chemical Kinetics and Combustion of the SB RAS. The prize was founded by two Institutes of the Siberian Branch - the Institute of Chemical Kinetics and Combustion and the International Tomographic Center.

Vladimir is an artist in ceramics teaching children art for many years.
