	THE GOVERNOR OF EAST SIBERIA The name of the General of Cavalry, Senator Nikolai Petrovich Sinelnikov (1805- 1892) is well-known in the history of Russia. Due to his services for Motherland the Senator is called an outstanding statesman and ranked among great Russians.
