	THE DAYS OF SCIENCE IN IRKUTSK The events devoted to the Day of Russian Science at the Irkutsk Scientific Center of the SB RAS have begun from the opening a personal photo-exhibition of the press photographer of the «Science in Siberia» weekly and the «Science first-hand» magazine Vladimir Korotkoruchko.
	AT THE OMSK SCIENTIFIC CENTER February, 8, 2008 the employees of the Academic divisions, the representatives of applied-research institutes, higher education institutions and administrative bodies of the Omsk Region and Omsk city have gathered at the Conference hall of the A.S.Pushkin Omsk State Regional Scientific Library for the solemn meeting devoted to the Day of Russian Science.
	THE HOLIDAY OF INQUISITIVE PEOPLE For the pupils of the Physical and Mathematical School the Open-door Day on the Day of Science is not an one-time event, the doors of the Institutes are open for them the whole year. They are frequent visitors of the scientific research Institutes of the SB RAS. But this day differs by that there is an opportunity to visit at once several institutes for excursions.
	IT’S A PITY, NOT ALL HAD TIME TO SEE… Every year we, the «Young Geologist» Club attached to the Laboratory of Ecological Education of the ICG of the SB RAS are waiting impatiently for the Days of Science. For us they are both holidays and high-intensity working days.
	THE DAY OF SCIENCE-2008 AT THE BOTANICAL GARDEN
	REMEMBER: THE NATURE IS GENEROUS, BUT VULNERABLE Within the Days of Russian Science the Mountainous Altai Botanical Garden, the Altai Branch of the CSBG of the SB RAS has held a presentation of scientific production.
	ABOUT SCIENCE AROUND THE DAY OF SCIENCE The main event of the last week for scientific community was, certainly, the Day of Russian Science annually celebrated on February, 8. In far 1724 on February, 8 Peter the First has signed a decree on the founding the Russian Academy of Sciences and Arts.
