	FROM THE RESOLUTION OF THE GENERAL MEETING
	WHO WILL MAKE DICTIONARIES? The Resolution of the General Meeting ordered the institutes of the humanities field to expand the range of works on the creation of various dictionaries of Russian and the languages of aboriginal peoples of Siberia, to make active propagation of Russian in education institutions and mass media. 	CARRYING OUT THE FEDERAL PROGRAM At a meeting with the leaders of the Russian Academy of Sciences on December, 3, 2001 the RF President V.V.Putin has emphasized the problem of the forecasting and prevention of disasters and accidents in natural and man-made spheres as one of the key tasks for Russian scientific community . The federal target program «Reduction of the risks and mitigation of the consequences of natural and man-caused cataclysms in the RF till 2010» is one of the first large-scale scientific programs concerning this set of problems.
