	THE MAIN PURPOSE OF THE REFORMERS IS TO ELIMINATE INDEPENDENT EXPERTS At the Irkutsk Scientific Center of the SB RAS a press conference has been held where the materials prepared by the RF Ministry of Education and Science on the reforming of Russian science were discussed.
