	REGIONAL ADMINISTRATION AWARDS FOR YOUNG NOVOSIBIRSK SCIENTISTS December, 30, Head of the Novosibirsk Regional Administration Victor Tolokonski celebrated outstanding young scientists, post-graduate students and persons working for doctor`s degree of the scientific and educational complex of the Novosibirsk Region.
	PRIZES FOR INNOVATIONS December, 29, Head of the Novosibirsk Regional Administration Victor Tolokonski has taken part in the solemn meeting devoted to handing diplomas and prizes to the winners of the Regional competition for the best organization of work on the development of innovation activity. 16 Novosibirsk enterprises and research centers in total have become the winners of the competition.
	"NEW" ALGEBRA Monograph by Academician Yuri Ershov "Multiply valuated fields" is marked with the Russian Federation State Prize of 2002 in the field of science and engineering.
